Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, an item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Items must be in suitable condition for inspection upon receipt.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refund Processing
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we process approved refunds within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we initiate the refund, the funds generally take 7–10 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
The time required for a refund to appear in an account is separate from our refund processing time.
Refund Notifications
Customers receive confirmation after an approved refund has been processed. If the refund has not appeared after the stated timeframe, contact us with the order number so that we can help review its status.
